Elden Ring: Nightreign is a standalone entry in the acclaimed franchise from FromSoftware and Bandai Namco. Unlike the original open-world epic, Nightreign introduces a class-based cooperative roguelike experience set in a corrupted new realm.
With session-based progression, randomized worlds, and cooperative gameplay, it reimagines the Lands Between while retaining the signature challenge, lore, and atmosphere of Elden Ring.

Story and Setting:
The adventure takes place in Limveld, a corrupted and unstable offshoot of the Lands Between, where the divine cycle has collapsed, and eternal night has taken over. Players assume the role of Nightfarers, champions tasked with recovering fractured relics of the old order.
Limveld is procedurally altered between sessions, offering new layouts, enemy placements, and bosses each time. Its decaying architecture, cursed shrines, and moonlit ruins conceal dangerous secrets and lore fragments, revealed through memories, echoes, and environmental storytelling in classic FromSoftware style.
Core Gameplay Mechanics:
Session-Based Progression – Each run lasts three in-game nights, culminating in a powerful “Aspect” boss battle on the final night.
Cooperative Emphasis – Play with up to two allies. Revive teammates, share limited-use campfires, and coordinate builds for survival.
Randomized World Layout – Levels, items, enemies, and even weather conditions change with every run.
Persistent Meta-Progression – Legacy gear, class upgrades, and passive traits carry over between sessions.
