The L-Wireless controller connects to the motherboard and communicates with the receiver on the Strimer Wireless through a 2.4GHz signal, enabling wireless control of the LED lighting effects on the Strimer Wireless Series.

Another breakthrough of the Strimer Wireless is how it gets power. Unlike previous versions where the LED strip required separate power from a controller or power supply, the Strimer Wireless is powered directly from the extension cable itself.
